Is this you?

You have two to four years of experience managing learning and leadership programs remotely, and understand the program’s logistics inside-and-out including registration, attendance, materials, surveys, success metrics, timelines, and more. You feel energized by managing multiple programs at one time, keeping everything in order for customers, learners, and coaches.

When you think of how technology has evolved to support remote work, project planning, and collaboration, you get excited! With no fear of tech, you will love helping our customers learn how to get the most from the Verb platform. You embrace using tools that promote remote teamwork, including the Google Suite, Zoom, and project management apps. 

In your circles, you are known for communicating with people in a clear and compelling way at all levels and across mediums, effectively using email, instant messaging, slide decks, and more.

 You get excited about and have ideas for

  • Supporting leadership and learning for people in the workplace
  • Collaborating effectively with all types of people
  • Managing complex, concurrent programs and timelines
  • Tracking the success and sharing the results of the programs
  • Making remote workshops as engaging and interactive as possible
  • Creating repeatable templates and processes
  • Making sure each learner and each customer has what they need

 Your experience includes

  • 2+ years of project or event management experience
  • Implementing & managing complex, concurrent programs 
  • Collecting, tracking & presenting program and participant data
  • Excellent prioritization of day-to-day tasks
  • Superb attention to detail particularly in written communications
  • Identifying program challenges & proactively providing solutions

  • Competitive annual base salary: $70,000 – $80,000
