The role of the Strategic Account Manager is to help oversee and manage our most critical clients, ensuring they are happy, eager to renew and driving towards a deeper engagement with Verb where possible. This person needs to be comfortable keeping clients in the loop on all the latest and greatest as well as confidently upselling accounts. They need to be thinking in a way that’s always putting their strategy first and seeing how Verb can support them.

What you’ll do

  • Establishing clear rapport with multiple key stakeholders at our customers at all levels of the organization
  • Establishing baseline for success and benchmarks 
  • Delivering monthly/quarterly report on engagement, insights, and recommendations going forward
  • Identify data to uncover areas for opportunity to support customer while considering customers big strategic goals and think about how we work together
  • Coordinate with internal teams to think about strategic innovations to optimize customer experience and adoption
  • Travel to key customers at least once a quarter to deepen relationships
  • Manage salesforce and book of business to achieve annual quotas including net ARR retention goals 
  • Begin to implement processes and best practices for ongoing customer relationships
