What Awesome Stuff You’ll Do:

  • Help strategically think about the overall business operations to ideate, recommend and implement processes and solution to optimize performance
  • Revenue forecasting and Sales productivity analysis. Define Sales targets, goals, minimums, and intermediate KPIs.
  • Suggest and implement process and tool improvements to increase sales team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Own the opportunity process from a lead, to marketing qualified lead to sales qualified lead to  close and beyond, including contracts and renewals
  • Help us vet and implement a marketing automation tool
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to stay in close contact with the sales team to support them in their day to day activities as well as track and analyze data to provide the Executive Team analysis and guidance
  • Design process and facilitate changes and updates to the internal CRM, prospect management, and other sales tools/technology. team and stakeholders with insights and recommendations to improve performance
  • Onboard, train, and guide new salespeople in the use of sales tools and details of sales processe
  • Work with marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and better attribution
  • Contribute to the growth, improvement, and innovation of Verb’s Revenue Operations team, tools, and processes

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • 3 years minimum experience in Sales Operations, 5+ years preferred
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce account, contacts, opportunities, quotes
  • Proficient at building strategic reporting and dashboard functionality
  • Previous experience supporting a sales organization and a strong understanding of the DNA of salespeople and marketing folks
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool 
  • Superior time and task management skills, creative and analytical problem solver
  • Ability to handle urgent requests professionally, not easily flustered
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented sales-driven environment but also proven successful at working cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Self-starter who remains curious and positive even in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to self-manage, multitask, and prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable, fast learner able to self-regulate and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent judgment with the ability to lean-in to problems to solve them and the understanding of when to request input from others
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, ideally in more complex sales cycles
